■ Market value: the value investors believe a firm is worth.
Companies that shows a very low value are more subject to the market misfortunes;■ Corporate governance: it indicates transparency from the firm to the investor;■ Liquidity ratio: it reflects a firm’s ability to meet its short-term financial obligations;■ Return on equity (ROE): is the ratio of Earnings (available to common stockholders) TTM (over the Trailing Twelve Months) to TTM average common shareholders' equity;■ Debt/equity ratio: the firm’s obligations regarding to its equity.The greater the worse;■ Profitability ratio for the last 5 years: it focuses on how well a firm is performing;■ Constant profits: it indicates whether a firm is showing profits for the last year;■ Constant dividends: it indicates the capacity of a firm to accomplish the payment of dividends;■ SP/NAVPS (share price/net asset value per share): it indicates how much the investors are willing to pay for the share;■ SP/SProf (share price/share profit): it’s the ratio between the market value and the company’s net profit for the last 12 months.
Indicates the number of years that an investor would take to retrieve the amount invested;■ Average volume: average amount negociated in the last 2 months.
The greater the volume, the greater the share liquidity.
The more of the above criteria are approved, the more attractive is the company to invest.
